I founded Vital Bridge Wellness with the mission to provide exceptional compassionate care for my patients in order to ease the burden of stress associated with hospital visits and enhance the quality of care from the comfort and privacy of your home. As a Covid-19 ICU nurse during the height of the pandemic I experienced first hand how crucial experienced nursing care is for a patient’s health trajectory and outcome. My professional expertise in nursing coupled with my lived experience as a mom of four healthy, happy children is the perfect fit for your care needs. My philosophy is simple: provide compassionate care so you can get back to enjoying life on your terms.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending quality time with my family, yoga, and my husband and I are full-on foodies! We love going to local eateries supporting local businesses and experiencing new delights!
